Welcome to The Compass

The Compass is a creator collective, a gathering of eight young artists and writers honing their craft and starting a conversation. It was founded on the belief that creative voices must be heard by others. Inspired by the best this country and this world has to offer, the contributors seek to promote possibility. We are dedicated to using our prose, art and music to inspire others to look to themselves for their creativity. In the face of ignorance and apathy, we share our passion for the idea that contemplation and creation are essential for a better world, a more connected world. We offer our work -- our words, our images, our music -- to all of you as a reminder that we all can be creators.
